You are receiving these Terms and Conditions as a result of your purchase of a trip(s) with Seek and Savor Travel, LLC (the “Trip”). These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the relationship between you (the “Traveler”) and Seek and Savor Travel (the
“Company”), a boutique travel agency specializing in immersive, small-group trips centered around festivals, culinary experiences, special events and cultural celebrations. By booking a trip with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please thoroughly review these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”), including the Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability Provisions. By signing your name electronically below, you acknowledge and agree (i) that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions; (ii) that you have had an opportunity to ask
Seek And Savor Travel any questions about these Terms and Conditions; and (iii) that you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Only those who have accepted the Terms and Conditions and affirmatively indicated their consent with signature to be bound by the Terms and Conditions may make a booking/reservation for a Trip with Seek And Savor Travel
Seek And Savor Travel may amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice. You must consult the Terms and Conditions listed on Seek And Savor’s website before making each booking for a Trip.
You are required to immediately (within 24 hours of receipt) review all aspects of your booking reservation to verify the accuracy of the information shown on your reservation. This includes (but is not limited to): passenger legal name (first, middle, and last); mailing address; e-mail address; telephone number; date of birth; country of citizenship; passport number; passport expiration date; emergency contact
information; required vaccination status; known allergies (food and otherwise); dietary restrictions; pricing; and organized activities selected on your reservation. The legal name provided on your booking reservation must match the name shown on your travel documents, including but not limited to your passport.
Please notify Seek and Savor Travel within 24 hours of receipt of any booking reservation or updates thereafter, if any omissions and/or corrections are needed regarding your booking reservation. Seek And Savor Travel is not responsible for
any errors or omissions in your booking reservation information and, by signing below, you certify that the information contained in your reservation is accurate and complete. You assume full and sole responsibility for any and all risks involved with any errors and/or omissions in your booking reservation, including any additional costs incurred by you as a result of incorrect or omitted information. We cannot
accept liability if you fail to notify us of any errors after this timeframe.
For a Trip involving international travel, you are solely responsible for obtaining any and all documentation required for each destination on your Trip, including but not limited to valid passport, visa, vaccination records, certificates, or other entryand/or document requirements. Seek And Savor Travel recommends that you consult with the appropriate domestic and foreign governmental agencies for the current documentation and entry requirements. You are responsible for ensuring that all necessary travel documents are valid and effective and in your possession for the entire tour. Passports are required for all U.S. citizens traveling abroad and as a general rule, Seek and Savor Travel recommends that your passport should be valid for at least 6 months after your date of return. We suggest you apply for or renew a passport well in advance. Other required documents may include visas, permits, and vaccination certificates. You assume complete and full responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements. You are also solely responsible for any adverse consequences resulting from incomplete or defective documentation. While we may provide information or advice on matters such as visas, vaccinations, climate, clothing, baggage, and special equipment in good faith as a courtesy to you, we are not
responsible for any errors or omissions as to the information provided.
Seek and Savor Travel is not responsible in any manner whatsoever if you are refused entry or removed from a country for any reason, including, but not limited to, because you lack the proper passport, visa, or other travel documentation required by the destination country. You are required to carry your travel documents, including, but not limited to, your valid passport, on your person at all times while on a Trip. You will not be entitled to any refund as a result of your failure to obtain or maintain appropriate travel documents
Due to the extraordinary and unique nature of our itineraries—many of which revolve around once-a-year festivals, limited-access events, and boutique accommodations—a nonrefundable deposit of $2000 per person is required at the time of booking to secure your place.Because of the unique nature of every itinerary and the limited availability of all resources for the festivals and events which coincide with each trip, Seek And Savor Travel commits non-refundable, nonrecoverable payments to our suppliers well in advance of scheduled departure dates. For this and other reasons, we encourage you to purchase trip cancelation and interruption insurance.
Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from Seek And Savor Travel. We recommend booking early as spaces and departure dates are very limited as every trip is designed around a special event or celebration in the country of destination, and flights as well as entry tickets will be sold out usually 6 months in advance.
We reserve the right to decline any booking for any legitimate reason as outlined inthis agreement.
At the time of booking: $2000 non-refundable deposit per person. • 120 days before your trip start date: Full balance payment is due. We will send you a reminder email and your credit card of preferred method of payment will be automatically charged at 120 days prior to departure. Once the payment is made at 120 days prior to departure, all payments become nonrefundable, as reservations for accommodations, airfare, and festival tickets will be non-transferable and prepaid. Any bookings made within 119 days of departure require full payment, non-refundable, at time of booking. • If booking within 120 days of departure, due to the limited availability of flights, permits and tickets for each itinerary’s unique events: Full payment is due at time of booking We appreciate your understanding and recommend the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance for added peace of mind. If full payment is not received when due at 120 days, Seek And Savor Travel reserves the right to cancel your Trip Deposit / Booking Reservation on day 119 prior to departure, and to apply it as a 100% cancelation fee.
The trip price is in U.S. dollars, based on double or single occupancy, as noted. Trip Price Definition: The total trip price includes the core trip price, any single supplements, and any applicable fees for your confirmed booking. The departure date is the official start date of the trip.
If you request a private room, the applicable single room supplement will be added to your invoice (please note that this will be based on availability. Frequently the accommodations in areas of special events and festivals are rapidly booked up to one year in advance. Should Seek and Savor not be able to fulfill your single room request, your money will be refunded in full to your original method of payment.
What’s Included: The trip price includes services specified in the daily itineraries, such as specified meals, accommodations, admission fees and guided activities as stated.
What’s Not Included: Prices do not include any item not specifically listed above or in the itinerary, including but not limited to:
Price Changes: Trip prices are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise specified, prices do not include any local taxes or use-fees, including foreign departure, security, port charges, park fees, customs, immigration, agricultural, passenger-facility charges or international transportation tax.
Additional Fees: Your Booking Reservation may be subject to taxes, duties, foreign transaction fees, or currency exchange fees charged by your bank or card company.
Currency conversion may result in differences between the amount displayed on the Seek and Savor Travel website or its affiliated websites, and the final amount charged to your bank account or credit or debit card statement. Please contact your bank or card company if you have any questions concerning any applicable conversion or fees. Seek and Savor prices are always quoted in USD. All charges will be made in dollars, the currency quoted in all itineraries.
How to Cancel: To cancel your Booking Reservation or Trip Deposit, please email us seekandsavortravel@gmail.com . Please provide your complete booking details.
Cancellation Fees: You may cancel 120 days or more before departure, Prior to the 120 day, should you cancel your booking for any reason, including not being able to travel on a rescheduled date due to unforeseen circumstances, the $2000 non-refundable deposit that was paid at time of booking to secure your reservation, will be forfeited. Because of the unique nature of our trips, timed with festivals, celebrations and special events in the destination country(s), accommodations, transport and entrance tickets must be secured immediately upon booking to ensure that each place is confirmed. These fees are nonrefundable. If you cancel on or after 119 days, in advance of departure, there is a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellation fees are based on when we receive your written email notification.
Refund Process: We will process any applicable refunds using the same payment method you used for the original Booking or Trip Deposit / Booking Reservation.
No Refund for Unused Portions: Once the trip has started, no refunds will be provided for any reason for unused portion of a trip, including if you leave a trip early or are asked to leave. The trip price is a package cost and refunds and credits are not available for services not used.
No Exceptions and Insurance: There are no exceptions to this cancelation and refund policy, including for reasons related to weather, terrorism, civil strife, personal, family or medical emergencies or any other circumstances beyond our control. For this and other reasons, we strongly encourage you to purchase comprehensive trip cancellation and interruption insurance and travel protection (i.e., travel medical insurance and emergency evacuation services).
Seek And Savor Travel is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparing for a trip (eg. nonrefundable flights, visa fees, equipment, etc.) or for any additional arrangements made before or after the trip. The term applies whether the tour is altered, modified, or cancelled by us or by you for any reason. Because the tour itinerary may be subjected to lastminute changes that are unavoidable and unexpected due to the country of destination, we recommend that you either purchase refundable air tickets or comprehensive travel insurance
Departure Date Changes: Because our trips coincide with special events and celebrations in the country(s) of destination, we are not able to change the departure dates after we confirm your reservation.
Right to Cancel or Modify: Seek and Savor Travel reserves the right to refuse, block, alter, cancel or modify a booking, itinerary or Trip Deposit / Booking Reservation at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion.
Substitutions: Seek And Savor Travel reserves the right to substitute hotels, restaurants, routes or other services listed in the itinerary with comparable services if necessary.
Foreseeable Cancellations: When a tour is canceled for foreseeable reasons, then you agree that a full refund of trip payments made to us will constitute full settlement of any claims you may have against Seek and Savor Travel or our suppliers, partners, or travel intermediaries.
Your health and well-being are very important to us. If you test positive for COVID-19 or experience symptoms of illness during your trip, we ask that you take appropriate steps to protect yourself and others in the group. Our team will assist you in accessing medical care and making alternative arrangements if needed.
Please be aware that local health guidelines may vary, and we expect you to follow all relevant requirements in your destination. To prevent the spread of illness, you may be asked to refrain from group activities until you test negative or receive medical clearance. We cannot offer refunds for any missed activities or unused services due to illness. Any costs related to medical care, testing, or additional accommodations will be your responsibility or should be covered by your travel insurance. We strongly recommend that your travel insurance includes coverage for unexpected health-related expenses.
The Seek And Savor Travel mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Seek and Savor Travel and its use constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”).
Changes to the Service: We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
Consent to Receive Messages: By consenting to Seek And Savor Travel SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Seek And Savor Travel through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, abandon carts, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
Voluntary Participation: You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Seek and Savor Travel. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
Costs: We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider and may opt-out at any time.
You authorize Seek and Savor Travel to charge your credit card, as you assume responsibility, for any cancellation fees or supplemental payments that you incur postbooking as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
Seek and Savor Travel acts only as an intermediary for the various independent suppliers that provide lodging, meals, transportation, sightseeing, activities or other goods and services connected with your trip (“Supplier” or “Suppliers”). You acknowledge that you are aware and clearly understand that these Suppliers are independent contractors, are not managed by Seek and Savor Travel, and are not agents nor employees of Seek and Savor Travel. A Supplier’s services are subject to the Supplier’s own terms and conditions and the local laws and regulations of the relevant country.
Seek And Savor Travel will not be deemed in breach of this agreement or otherwise liable to you, by reason of delay in performance or nonperformance of any of its obligations under this agreement to the extent that any such delay or nonperformance is due to any Force Majeure. “Force Majeure” means any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Seek And Savor Travel, including without limitation acts of God, terrorist activities, insurrection, explosion, flood, tempest, forceful wind, fire or accident, war or threat of war declared or undeclared, sabotage, civil disturbance, labor strikes, requisition, sickness, quarantine, government intervention, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances. In the rare event that Seek and Savor Travel is forced to cancel or reschedule a trip for any unforeseen circumstance beyond its reasonable, such as, but not limited to, acts of nature, war, labor strikes, earthquake, flooding, pandemics, quarantines, international travel restrictions, national emergencies, etc., Seek And Savor Travel will reschedule your trip departure, and your booking will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date of the same itinerary. If you are unable to travel on the rescheduled date, you may keep 100% of your booking value as a Trip Credit, valid for 12 months of the issuance date. Otherwise, if you elect to cancel your booking, our standard Cancellation Terms will apply.
The trip price does not include travel insurance. We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel protection, covering trip interruption and cancellation, baggage, medical, accident/life, evacuation, repatriation and other expenses which might arise as a result of loss, damage, injury, delay or inconvenience occurring to you. You also agree to assume all costs of medical care, evacuation, transportation, and related costs.
Our trips involve varying levels of physical activity. Travelers must ensure they are medically and physically able to travel. Seek and Savor Travel is not responsible for any medical issues that may arise before or during the trip. You agree to disclose any preexisting conditions or mobility limitations prior to booking.
By making a booking, you represent that you do not have any physical or other conditions that would create a hazard for you or other Participants or affect other people’s enjoyment of the trip.
You must inform us of any physical conditions, dietary restrictions, or other conditions that require special attention at the time of booking. Seek And Savor Travel will use reasonable efforts to accommodate your requests. Seek and Savor Travel is not liable for additional costs associated with accommodations for services not included in the itinerary (such as additional transportation or meal costs).
We reserve the right in our sole discretion to accept, decline, or remove anyone from a trip (at departure or during the trip) who we judge to be incapable of meeting the trip’s physical demands.
If you have a complaint during your trip, you must immediately notify Seek and Savor Travel or your trip leader/host of the problem so that they can attempt to remedy the situation and allow you to enjoy the remainder of your trip. While we aim for your satisfaction, your notice to Seek and Savor Travel or its suppliers of a complaint does not mean that we will accept liability or responsibility, and we will evaluate each complaint as it arises. Failure to raise a concern or complaint while you are on the trip will extinguish or reduce any ability to claim recourse from Seek and Savor Travel or its suppliers. If you attempt to address the problem independently without using this notice procedure, you assume responsibility for any additional costs you may incur and forfeit any potential remedy.
It is your responsibility to be ready to begin your trip as outlined in the itinerary. Seek And Savor Travel is not responsible for any losses due to canceled or missed flights, changes in flight schedules, late arrivals, or early departures.
The information in this trip details document has been compiled with care and is provided in good faith. However, it is subject to change, and does not form part of the contract between the client and the operator. The itinerary featured is correct at time of booking. Occasionally our itineraries change as we make improvements that stem from past travelers, comments and our own research. Sometimes it can be a small change like adding an extra meal along the itinerary. Sometimes the change may result in us altering the tour for the coming year. Ultimately, and ALWAYS, our goal of any alteration in itinerary, is to provide our traveler guests with the most rewarding experience.
VERY IMPORTANT: Please ensure that you print a final copy of your Trip Details (available on We Travel) to review prior to travel, in case there have been changes that affect your plans.
While it is our intention to adhere to the route described below, there is a certain amount of flexibility built into the itinerary and on occasion it may be necessary, or desirable to make alterations. Due to the unique nature of our itineraries and the regions we visit, travel can be unpredictable. The Trip Details/itinerary document is a general guide to the tour and region and any mention of specific destinations or wildlife is by no means a guarantee that they will be visited or encountered.
Additionally, any travel times listed are approximations only and subject to vary due to local circumstances.
You must strictly adhere to all local laws, respect local customs and culture, accurately assess your abilities, respect other trip members’ privacy, and follow the suggestions and advice of any assigned guide. The decision of Seek and Savor Travel, the local guide or local supplier is final on all matters that may threaten the safety or interfere with the well-being of others. During the trip, Seek And Savor Travel or the local guide or supplier has the right in its sole discretion to remove anyone a) who it judges to be incapable of meeting the demands and requirements of participating in the tour activities; or b) who it determines to detract from others’ enjoyment of the tour.
By making a booking, you certify your agreement to the following Traveler Code:
Illegal drugs will not be tolerated on any trips. Possessing or using drugs not only contravenes the laws of the land but also puts the rest of the group at risk. Smoking marijuana and opium is a part of local culture in some parts of the world but is not acceptable for Seek And Savor Travel guests. Seek and Savor Travel will expel guests for the remainder of the trip (no refund) if drugs are found in their possession or used and/or if any guest avails the services of prostitutes.
You agree to defend and indemnify Seek and Savor Travel and all of its respective owners, members, officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors and assigns from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, suits, proceedings, investigations, losses, damages, fines, penalties, fees, expenses, costs and any other liabilities of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or related to:
You agree that Seek And Savor Travel and its contractors and suppliers may use, re-use and reproduce any images, photos or videos that you send to us, or that are taken by our guides, staff, contractors and/or other travelers of you individually or in a group, in any medium, including but not limited to print, electronic media, or Internet, free of charge and without your right to inspection, for promoting and publicizing our travel products and services worldwide. If you do not want us to use any images of you that are taken by us or other participants during the tour, you must inform us or your tour leader in writing at the start of the tour.
You agree that the sole remedy for any default by Seek and Savor Travel LLC arising under this agreement shall be the return of the paid tour cost. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Seek and Savor Travel LLC shall not be liable for any special, consequential, indirect, incidental or other damages arising out of this agreement, including lost profit, whether such damages arise in contract, negligence, tort, under statute, in equity, at law, or otherwise, even if Seek and Savor Travel has been advised of the possibility of such damages. You expressly waive any right you may have to recover such damages.
If any provision of this agreement shall be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render the agreement unenforceable or invalid as a whole. Such unenforceable provision will be replaced with one that is valid and enforceable and which achieves, to the extent possible, the original objectives and intent of the original provision. Titles and headings of this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not affect the construction of any provision of this Agreement.
This agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon Seek and Savor Travel and the Participant and their respective heirs, legal personal representatives, successors and assigns.
Seek And Savor Travel reserves the right to update and/or alter these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to be familiar with these terms and conditions.
Any dispute arising out of this agreement, including all tort claims and any dispute relating to bookings, tours, or transactions made with Seek And Savor Travel – whether such dispute arises in contract or in tort or otherwise – shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts located in the jurisdiction of Wellesley, Massachusetts and you agree to personal jurisdiction of those same courts. The laws of the State of Massachusetts, USA, govern this agreement.
This Agreement is the final, complete and exclusive statement of the parties’ agreement on the matters contained in this agreement. It supersedes all previous negotiations and agreements. 35. LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNIFICATION All travelers are required to accept Seek and Savor Travel’s Liability Waiver, which is a legally binding agreement. Please read this carefully and be prepared to accept and sign the waiver at time of booking.
I am voluntarily participating on the Tour, which will involve a variety of activities depending on my itinerary and the activities in which I elect to participate, including but not limited to: sightseeing, classes, demonstrations, tastings, guided tours, walking, hiking, swimming in various bodies of water such as rivers and lakes, nature walks, encounters with wild fauna and flora, and/or other outdoor activities or sports (collectively, “Activities”). I understand that this list is not exhaustive of all Activities that may be made available to me and that I may decide to participate in.
I also acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating on the Tour with knowledge that travel involves numerous risks and dangers including, but not limited to, the following: dangers and risks inherent in Activities; negligence by Seek And Savor Travel and/or its suppliers and local operators in the conduct or arrangement of the Tour in any respect from inception to completion; emotional trauma; disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, including paralysis; death; muscle strains, pulls, tears, broken bones, and shin splints; forces of nature; civil unrest and war; terrorism; roads, trails, hotels, vehicles, boats or other means of conveyance which are not operated or maintained at standards common in my country; crossing roadways and entering/exiting vehicles; the hazards of traveling in remote, unsafe or politically unstable areas or under unsafe conditions; high altitude; accident or illness without access to means of rapid evacuation or availability of medical supplies; the adequacy of medical attention once provided; physical exertion for which I am not prepared; transportation failures; equipment failures, malfunctions or deficiencies; contact with wild animals whether on foot or in vehicles; social or labor unrest; consumption of alcoholic beverages; stolen, lost or misplaced luggage or property; theft or break-ins into vehicles, lodging or elsewhere; mechanical or construction failures or difficulties; diseases; epidemics; bites or stings from insects or pests; local laws; climatic conditions; abnormal conditions or developments; negligence by third-party service providers; financial default of any third party suppliers; and any actions, unforseen circumstances, omissions or conditions outside of Seek And Savor Travel’s control not mentioned herein.
I understand that such risks simply cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the Tour provided by Seek and Savor Travel. Furthermore, guides/ instructors/facilitators have difficult jobs to perform involving judgment of the weather, the elements, the terrain, and other aspects of the Tour. They must also make judgments when providing warnings or instructions. They seek safety, but they are not infallible and may misjudge the weather or other environmental conditions.
I acknowledge that these are some, but not all, of the inherent and acquired risks associated with the activities performed on a Seek and Savor Travel tour. A complete listing of inherent and acquired risks is not possible.
I expressly agree to be responsible for my own welfare and fully assume all of the above risks, as well as all other risks set forth in this agreement, both known and unknown, voluntarily and knowingly, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I release and hold harmless Seek and Savor Travel, its employees, agents and contractors from any claims, demands, damages or liabilities arising from your participation in the trip. If signed on behalf of a Minor, I have discussed the travel risks with the Minor, and he or she wishes to participate in the Seek And Savor Travel LLC Tour nevertheless.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I, an adult traveler, or as parent or legal guardian of the Minor, for myself, the Minor, my heirs, legal and personal representatives, next of kin, including my spouse, successors and assigns (individually and collectively, “Releasors”), expressly RELEASE, WAIVE, FOREVER DISCHARGE, HOLD HARMLESS AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Seek And Savor Travel LLC, its owners, shareholders, officers, employees, directors, representatives, volunteers, guides, local operators and suppliers, successors and assigns (individually and together, “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, claims, causes of action, demands, costs, damages, losses or suits of any and every kind which I or the Minor now have or may later have against the Released Parties arising out of, relating to, or in connection with the Tour arranged through or provided by Seek And Savor Travel whether arising from the Released Parties’ negligence or otherwise. I AGREE THAT THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL SERVE AS A COMPLETE RELEASE AND EXPRESS ASSUMPTION OF RISK for myself, all members of my family and all minors traveling with me or on whose behalf I am signing this agreement, including the Minor (collectively encompassed by the term “their” in this paragraph), my and their heirs, as well as my and their next of kin, successors, assigns, and legal and personal representatives. It is my intention to fully assume all risks associated with the Tour and to release the Released Parties from any and all liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
In addition, I agree to fully indemnify (that is protect and defend, and satisfy claims against) and hold harmless each Released Party from any and all claims, actions, suits and demands (including all reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred by the Released Party) initiated by a third party and arising from, attributable to or related to my or the Minor’s negligent or intentional actions or inactions, whether arising from the Released Parties’ negligence or otherwise, occurring during the trip. I understand that obtaining comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforseen circumstances.
I certify that I have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage I may cause or suffer while participating in the Tour, or else I agree to bear the costs of such injury or damage myself. I further certify that I have no medical or physical conditions, which could interfere with my safety in the Tour, or else I am willing to assume the risk of and bear the costs that may result, directly or indirectly, from any such condition.
I AGREE THAT THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL SERVE AS A COMPLETE RELEASE AND EXPRESS ASSUMPTION OF RISK for myself, all members of my family and all minors traveling with me or on whose behalf I am signing this agreement, including the Minor (collectively encompassed by the term “their” in this paragraph), my and their heirs, as well as my and their next of kin, successors, assigns, and legal and personal representatives. It is my intention to fully assume all risks associated with the Tour and to release the Released Parties from any and all liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in Massachusetts courts.
Your feedback information is so important for us to evaluate and improve all aspects of our service and itinerary. Please feel free to suggest anything we could have improved or anything you would like to see added or changed on future trips. We will read each evaluation carefully. We value your honest opinion and we’ll give you 250$ off the price of your next trip if your feedback is completed on-line within 30 days of completing your trip. Your tour evaluation will be e-mailed to you 24 hours after the conclusion of your trip. By booking with Seek and Savor Travel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
I intend to participate in a Seek and Savor Travel, LLC trip (the “Trip”), including any activities or services available to and selected by me during the Trip. In consideration for my participation in the Trip, to which I agree I am not otherwise entitled to participate, I hereby agree as follows:
By signing below, I certify that (i) I have informed the above individual that he or she is my Emergency Contact for purposes of the Trip; (ii) I have shared the Itinerary of the Trip with my Emergency Contact; (iii) that the individual listed above is available to serve as my Emergency Contact during the Trip; and (iv) that the contact information listed above is accurate and complete for my Emergency Contact. Seek and Savor Travel shall have no liability or responsibility whatsoever due my Emergency Contact’s lack of availability or an inability to contact my Emergency Contact, or any decisions made on my behalf by my Emergency Contact.
By signing below, I acknowledge and agree that I have been strongly advised by Seek and Savor Travel (i) to purchase travel insurance to cover my Trip; and (ii) to review any travel information or warnings provided by the United States State Department ( www.travel.state.gov) and the Centers for Disease (www.cdc.gov/travel) for further information about the Trip.
I HAVE HAD SUFFICIENT OPPORTUNITY TO READ THIS ENTIRE DOCUMENT. I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD IT, AND I AGREE TO BOUND BY ITS TERMS, INCLUDING THE WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK. I HAVE SIGNED IT FREELY AND UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT. I AGREE THAT IF ANY PORTION OF THIS AGREEMENT IS HELD INVALID OR UNENFORCEABLE, THE REMAINING TERMS SHALL CONTINUE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
